(1) Author Registration
① Registration
- Author Registration fees are not refundable.
- The author registration deadline is March 10, 2023.
- Each registration package includes access to the paper, keynote and workshops, poster reception, coffee breaks, lunches (on Day2 to Day 3), with one banquet ticket.
- Additional banquet tickets (KRW 100,000 each) can be purchased.
- For an invitation letter or a visa support letter for your visa application, please find them in the visa information page.
- You can choose vegetarian dietary when you are registering for a conference.
② Paper Information/Rules
- Each paper (Full Paper and VisNotes) must have at least one full registration whether the registrant is a student or not.
- Each full registration is valid for one paper (Full Paper, and VisNotes).
- One author for each paper to be published in IEEE Xplore (i.e., full paper, VisNotes paper) MUST register under the Author Registration category.
- Each Author Registration is valid for ONE paper.
- The author registering for the paper does not need to be the same as the paper presenter.
- Posters and associated event papers not published in IEEE Xplore do not need to have an Author Registration.
(2) Full Registration
